At Yoga Nidhi the goals of arogya, viveka and samatva are achieved through the integration of the three pillars of yoga practice – asana, pranayama and dhyana.

The breath is of paramount importance in all the work done.


Vedic Chanting is integrated with the yoga, especially as a method for meditation. It results in a sense of deep relaxation and also focuses the mind bringing it to a place of quiet and stillness.
